History
Dating back to the 1920’s, 350 Millburn Avenue operated as a theatre and closed in July of 2021.
Acquisition & Development
KAM acquired the property off-market in 2021 from Bowtie Cinemas and began an extensive adaptive reuse project, with the goal of restoring the original structure and redeveloping it for first-class retail and boutique offices.
Post Acquisition
KAM completed the base building work for Charles Schwab on the first floor and also upgraded the entire second floor lobby + bathroom and created two office spaces. The building is now fully leased.
