KAM seeks to reimagine the suburban commercial and residential landscape, by investing in great real estate projects and helping top-tier retailers expand:

Investment - We purchase value-add commercial retail in the suburban Tri-State area. Shopping centers are our 🍞 & 🧈!
Ground-Up Development - We assemble land and partner with local developers to build best-in-class residential projects.
Brokerage - We represent up-and-coming tenants looking to expand in New Jersey. These tenants often bring a “big city experience” to small Suburban towns.
Real Estate Advisors - We provide consultative services on lease negotiations, commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Think of us as brokerage+ and/ or your outsourced real estate arm.

As both a retailer (Mandee Shops & Annie Sez), brand owner (PANATEA) and landlord of 1M+ SF of Commercial Retail (MCP Associates), we have sat on all sides of the table, allowing us to bring unparalleled experience and perspective to every transaction.
